Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website, purchase any products, or use any of our services. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at any time to verify your age.

Products and Sales

• All products are sold in-store only at our five western Pennsylvania locations.
• We are developing an AI-powered ordering agent that will allow customers to place pickup orders online. When available, all pickup orders will require valid ID verification at the time of pickup.
• Product availability, selection, and pricing vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
• We do not ship products. All sales are final and completed in person.

ID Verification

A valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 21 or older is required for all purchases and pickups. We card every customer, every time. No exceptions. If you cannot provide valid identification, we will refuse the transaction.

Right to Refuse Service

Complete Vapors reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The customer cannot provide valid age verification
• The customer is suspected of purchasing for a minor
• The customer engages in disruptive or threatening behavior
• The transaction appears fraudulent
